About Me
As an obstetrician/gynecologist at NYU Langone/Bellevue Hospital, I provide comprehensive and compassionate care to women at various stages of their lives. I actively participate in the teaching and training of successive generations of obstetrician/gynecologist physicians and have the privilege of working with similarly dedicated and skilled faculty and allied health colleagues.
I specialize in treating various gynecologic conditions, including abnormal uterine bleeding, abnormal cervical cytology, fibroids, and adnexal masses. My expertise extends to performing surgical interventions, including total vaginal hysterectomy, a minimally invasive procedure that offers significant benefits such as reduced recovery time and minimal scarring.
I pursued my medical career with a focus on obstetrics and gynecology drawn by the specialty’s unique combination of medical and surgical care for a distinct population. Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in proactive healthcare engagement, particularly in addressing the lack of access to quality care. My work at Bellevue Hospital has reinforced my commitment to ensuring that all patients receive the care they need.
