Mohammad M. Khan, MD

As an emergency physician at NYU Langone, I provide compassionate and immediate care to patients during some of their most challenging moments. My training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to handle diverse medical situations effectively, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.

Throughout my career, I have focused on proactive healthcare engagement, emphasizing the importance of patient education and preventive care. My work in emergency medicine has allowed me to engage with patients from all walks of life, providing them with the necessary information and support to manage their health effectively.

My journey into medicine was inspired by my early experiences volunteering in the emergency department at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue as an undergraduate student. The diverse and challenging cases I encountered there solidified my commitment to becoming an emergency medicine physician. I pursued my medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where I honed my skills and deepened my dedication to this field. My residency at the University of Michigan further enriched my training and desire to serve diverse communities.
