As a neuroradiologist at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to providing personalized, tailored care for each patient. My passion for medicine began in childhood, driven by a curiosity about illness and a desire to help people optimize their lives through health. The brain’s complexity and the vast potential for discovery in this field continue to fascinate me and fuel my commitment to patient care.

I specialize in the imaging of brain tumors, focusing on initial diagnosis and monitoring throughout treatment. My expertise extends to pediatric neuro-imaging and fetal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and I perform a wide range of diagnostic non-vascular interventional procedures in neuroradiology. I am one of a small number of neuroradiologists in the country skilled in performing complex head and neck biopsies. I work closely with specialists, including neurosurgeons, oncologists, and high-risk obstetricians, to ensure comprehensive care.

Throughout my career, I have emphasized proactive healthcare engagement and patient education. I believe in explaining procedures and expected outcomes in practical terms, addressing all concerns before any diagnostic procedure. My goal is to make patients feel at ease, often using humor to create a comfortable experience. This approach not only builds trust but also enhances the overall patient experience.

My educational journey began with a medical degree, followed by a residency in radiology and a fellowship in neuroradiology. Inspired by the intricate workings of the brain and the potential to make a significant impact on patients’ lives, I pursued a career in neuroradiology.
