My extensive experience in HIV care and geriatrics allows me to address the unique challenges faced by these patient populations. Staying current with the latest advances in medical research and treatment methodologies is a priority for me, as it enables me to offer the best possible outcomes for my patients.

With over 40 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. My career began in private practice, where I honed my diagnostic skills and developed a deep understanding of patient care. Since joining NYU Langone in 2017, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team, ensuring coordinated care for my patients.

My journey into medicine was inspired by a desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. I received my medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed my internship and residency at Beth Israel Hospital. Early in my career, I worked alone in a 250-bed hospital and provided emergency department coverage, experiences that shaped my commitment to excellence in patient care. As a clinical instructor at Downstate Medical Center for more than three decades, I have also been dedicated to educating the next generation of physicians.
