As a clinical psychologist at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to understanding the unique stories of each of my patients. My approach is rooted in genuine compassion and empathic harmony, allowing me to tailor treatments that best suit the individual needs of each patient. I believe in the power of personalized care and strive to create a warm, accepting therapeutic environment informed by clinical science.

I specialize in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and emotion-focused therapy. With extensive training and experience, I integrate these perspectives to address a range of emotional and psychological issues. My practice emphasizes the importance of personal values, identities, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring that each client and couple receives care that resonates with their unique experiences.

Throughout my career, I have been trained in various hospitals and clinics across New York City, gaining exposure to numerous treatment modalities. My work at the VA New York Harbor Health Care, and currently at the Military Family Center at NYU Langone, has deepened my passion for serving the veteran community. As a daughter and granddaughter of service members, I am particularly attuned to the impact of military culture and deployment experiences on emotional wellbeing. I have significant experience providing trauma-informed psychotherapy, which is crucial for addressing the complex needs of veterans.

My journey into clinical psychology was inspired by a profound interest in the uniqueness of each person’s story. My dedication to the field is driven by a commitment to helping others navigate their emotional landscapes, and I am honored to be part of the NYU Langone team, where I can collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
