NYU Langone Health has opened NYU Langone Medical Associates—Chelsea, West 25th Street, a comprehensive care center for adult patients that includes sexual healthcare and that has a focus on serving members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Located at 147 West 25th Street in Manhattan, the facility is conveniently located in a vibrant neighborhood that is easily accessible by subway and bus. The care team, led by David D. Kim, MD, includes a diverse group of board-certified clinicians.
These are some of the services offered at the new location:
- adult primary care—wellness, including fitness, nutrition, and weight management, as well as preventive care, including cancer screening and immunization
- women’s health—primary care delivered by a female provider, with a focus on routine PAP tests, care for menopause, breast health, and other common issues
- men’s health—including prostate-related conditions, and low testosterone level
- sexual health—STD screenings and treatment; HIV testing, including counseling before and after the test, and expert HIV care and treatment; expert management of PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) and PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis)
- travel medicine—immunization consultation and other up-to-date guidance to help you and your family stay healthy and safe while abroad
This facility joins the recently opened NYU Langone Medical Associates—Penn District on Manhattan’s West Side and adds to the 6 inpatient locations and the vast network of more than 300 outpatient sites throughout the New York metropolitan area and in Florida. Through the NYU Langone Health app or the NYU Langone Health MyChart patient portal, patients can find all their health information and schedule appointments.
