Mahlai, Aiden, Chloe, and Kevin, four children with leukemia who are being treated at the Stephen D. Hassenfeld Children’s Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders, partnered with fashion design students at the Fashion Institute of Technology to create their very own superhero costumes inspired by their ideas.
In this touching segment, NBC’s Today host Hoda Kotb asked the children what super powers they would want to have, to which Aiden responded, “to cure cancer.”
