Vicki Match Suna, AIA, executive vice president and vice dean for real estate development and facilities, was named among the 2022 Notable Leaders in Real Estate by Crain’s New York Business. Match Suna, who has been with NYU Langone Health for nearly three decades, oversees the strategic planning, design, construction, and operation, as well as the leasing, acquisition, and management of property for more than 550 clinical, research, administrative, and residential locations.
Among Match Suna’s most noteworthy achievements was overseeing the design and construction of the award-winning Kimmel Pavilion and Science Building—both of which received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certifications—and leading the campus’s recovery and resiliency efforts after Superstorm Sandy. Crain’s New York Business also recognizes Match Suna for adopting a comprehensive and consistent design approach to create healthy environments in the healthcare setting.
