Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing Services
At NYU Langone Medical Center, we want to ensure that you understand a diagnosis, treatment options, and the recovery process as you make healthcare decisions. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, we’re committed to offering the resources you need to fully participate in conversations with your medical team.
If you communicate using sign language, or you have a family member who does, we can provide a certified interpreter free of charge. We can make other aids and services available to you as well.
To access our services, ask a member of your healthcare team. If you have questions about our program, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
