The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of six (6) documents as listed below:

  1. SOW (supplier to provide)
  2. Request for Proposal / List of Locations
  3. Pricing Proposal (supplier to provide)
  4. MSA Terms
  5. Confidentiality Agreement
  6. Service Level Agreement/KPIs (supplier to provide) 

Proposals cannot be submitted electronically; please carefully review the proposal submission instructions and deadline.

Intent to Bid Due Date: Respond by email by Tuesday, December 19, 2017, by 5:00PM EST
Supplier Questions Due Date: Friday, December 22, 2017, by 5:00PM EST
Proposal Submission Deadline: Friday, December 29, 2017, by 5:00PM EST
