Eligibility Requirements for Virtual Urgent Care

    Before scheduling a virtual urgent care video visit, please confirm the following:

  • If this is a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency care location.

  • Our doctors are licensed to practice medicine in the above states. The patient must be physically located within one of those states at the time of treatment. For pediatric visits, both the parent or legal guardian and child must physically be in the same place in one of these states at the time of the visit.

  • For plans that we accept, we collect a co-payment at the time of check-in and bill your insurance for the remaining balance. We ask that you verify that you have specific coverage for telemedicine services under your benefit plan. If your plan does not cover telemedicine services, you will be charged up to $126, plus any additional fees associated with other services provided.

  • A Virtual Urgent Care visit is a medical evaluation and the doctor will determine if a COVID test is appropriate based on the patient’s symptoms and history. If a COVID test is appropriate, it will be ordered, but the testing and results may not be able to be expedited.
