About My Campaign

The goal of our Division of General Internal Medicine and Clinical Innovation is to build a culture of excellence through clinical and educational innovation. Our dedicated faculty strive to implement creative solutions to improve their patients’ health and wellbeing through research and programs that address chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes and now COVID-19. We are at the forefront of the telemedicine boom, training our faculty to utilize this modality effectively while ensuring equity and access for our patients.

Through innovative education, we are working to improve clinical skills, patient safety and patient experience through our internationally recognized work in simulation. By providing actionable feedback to clinical and educational leaders, students, residents and faculty, we are creating a true “learning health system” at NYU Langone Health.

We are a dedicated group of over 600 faculty who are motivated by compassion and caring for our patients and often their families. Your gift would mean so much to me and even more to the learners, faculty and patients who benefit from our clinical and educational innovations. Thank you for your support.
