About My Campaign
The race is on! For the second year in a row, NYU Langone Health employees, friends, and community members are teaming up for a series of runs to build awareness and support for one of our signature programs. This year, we’re encouraging runners, joggers, and walkers to complete a 5K, 10K, or half marathon (or all three!) any time between October 1 and October 15, to raise critical funds for the Perlmutter Cancer Center (PCC) at NYU Langone.
PCC is one of U.S. News and World Report’s top-20 cancer centers and a National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center—an honor shared by only 50 other organizations. Together, clinicians, researchers, and other specialists are advancing best-in-class treatments, more than 200 practice-changing clinical trials, and essential psychosocial services for our patients and the people who care for them.
You Can Make a Difference
All funds raised for the virtual races will go directly to help maximize our efforts to better prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer at PCC. You can help by signing up to race yourself, cheering on others with a contribution of any amount, or sharing our fundraising page link with your friends and family.
Want to get in the race? Complete this form, and we’ll be in touch with more information. Once registered, simply choose your own running adventure, set a fundraising goal, and be sure to finish your race any time during the first two weeks of October. You can also create your own page and track your fundraising by clicking on the “Join This Team” link above.
Our top 3 fundraisers will receive some exciting special prizes.
Want to contribute? You can make a gift of any amount here by clicking on the “Donate Now” button on the top-right corner of this page. If you want to support a specific runner, you can search for their page below and help them reach their own goal.
