About My Campaign
Friends,
Inviting you to contribute to Andrew Casale's fundraising campaign for NYU Langone Health. Andrew was treated with great care and kindness by the NYU BMT and Hassenfeld's Children's Hospital teams during his HLH treatments and bone marrow transplants. They quickly became our family and all were positively affected by Andrew's love for life. He was always having a great time, spreading comfort and happiness, and always seeing the bright side of things. Throughout his battle with HLH, he touched the hearts of many doctors, nurses, staff and fellow BMT patients and families.
When exercise equipment was brought to his room so he could maintain his strength, Andrew decided then that he would organize a fundraising event to ensure such opportunities are made available to all of the patients in the Kimmel BMT rooms. His amazing spirit and energy, which had absolutely no limitations, led the way for patient outings to lift his and his fellow patients' spirits and enjoy nature at the Tisch campus. His wish was to have such outings continue which will require additional support for the dedicated nurses and staff. If you feel motivated to donate any amount, no matter the size, please do. Your gift would mean so much to continue Andrew's legacy, and even more so to many others who depend on the work of NYU Langone's faculty and staff.
Thank you for your generosity and bless Dr. Al-Homsi, Dr. Carroll, Dr. Pierro and all at NYU who provided such happiness, support and comfort to Andrew.
