My Research

Coagulation and cardiac surgery, with an emphasis on treatment of coagulopathies.|Surgery of the aorta (thoracic and thoraco-abdominal) with two major thrusts: characterization and prevention of spinal cord ischemia following thoracic aortic surgery and second, investigating the risk factors and outcomes related to Stanford Type A aortic dissections.
